The Fairfax Village Condominium is 54 acres of grass and tree seclusion just off one of the District’s busiest thoroughfares, Pennsylvania Avenue SE. The community is made up of 660 condominium apartments and 166 townhouses divided into nine villages. Since its construction in 1941, Fairfax Village Condominium has been home to many local and national leaders, including members of Congress and staff members from Capitol Hill. It’s Georgian-style brick buildings were converted from apartments to condominiums in May 1976.
